Our performance programs have serviced MLB All-Star’s, Gold Glove Winner’s, NFL Pro-Bowlers, NHL Conn Smythe award winners, as well as executives, tactical, amateur, collegiate, high school, youth and weekend warriors. JASON RILEY – CSCS, USAW, PECS
DIRECTOR OF SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Jason earned his exercise science degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he served as an Athletic Trainer for 2 years. Jason then started his coaching career as a Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach at the University of Nebraska – Omaha. In May of 2000, Jason moved to Bradenton, Florida to serve as a performance coach, and eventually the Associate Director of Performance at the International Performance Institute on the campus of IMG Academies. Jason has served as the strength and conditioning coordinator with the MLS Real Salt Lake Soccer team as well as the U-17 and U-20 USA National Soccer Teams. He currently serves as the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for the NASL Tampa Bay Rowdies FC. He has worked with world-class athletes in all sports. He has developed and implemented a very successful NFL Combine / Off-Season Training programs, MLB Spring Training Prep program, and NBA/NHL Off-Season training programs, as well as having worked with several top ranked players in the ATP / WTA tours.

DIRECTOR OF SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Yo Murphy played his college ball at the University of Idaho, after which he went on to play 14 years of professional football as a wide receiver. He is the only player in history to play in the Super Bowl, the Grey Cup (CFL), and the World Bowl (NFL Europe). He began and ended his career with Grey Cup Championships, in between which he earned a World Bowl MVP Award, and appeared in a Super Bowl as a part of the record setting 2000 St. Louis Rams.

Born and raised in Jupiter, Florida. Chris attended Eastern Michigan University on a football scholarship and was a four year letter winner at safety. He graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Business Management. His senior year he finished in the Top 5 in Division 1 in interceptions. He interned with the Eastern Michigan Sports Performance department in the winter of 2010 prior to graduation and completed an internship with the Athletes Compound in the summer of 2010 with Jason Riley. After successfully completing his internship, Chris was kept on as a full time Performance Coach with the Athletes Compound where he assisted in developing and implementing all facets of day to day performance training. Chris also played defensive back professionally in the German Football League. He is a certified Level 1 Sports Performance Coach with United Stated Weightlifting Association.
Jonathan Ordway was a two sport star at Armwood High in Tampa FL. He went on to earn the McGillis Award as the top Defensive Back at Boston College, as well as All Big East and All New England honors in Track. He continued his career in football after college, spending time in the NFL, and the CFL. He is most known for his accomplishments in the AFL, where he was a star defensive back for the Tampa Bay Storm and Chicago Rush. Since retiring from football, Jonathan has found his way back to the track, where he still currently competes.
Mouhannad earned his Biomedical Science degree from the University of South Florida, where he also played football as a receiver. He spent much of his final 2 years in college training promising local High School and Collegiate talent alongside his own coach Aaron Prather. In early 2011, Mouhannad began coaching under Yo Murphy as one of the original members of the Hybrid Performance team. As a performance coach, he has worked extensively with many of the Compound’s professional football and baseball players, yet still has a strong passion for training the younger, up and coming, athletes. Mouhannad also holds a Level 1 Track and Field Certification through the United States Track and Field Association.
A Nine-year NFL Veteran, Anthony was drafted in the 1st Round in the NFL Draft by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (LSU). He was a four year starter at LSU where he earned Defensive MVP Honors and a Peach Bowl MVP Award. As a professional, McFarland notched 12 career sacks and was a Two-Time Super Bowl Champion.
Reidel Anthony was a standout 4 sport star at Belle Glade Glade Central High School, earning All State Honors in football and track. He earned a scholarship to the University of Florida, where he went on to set the all time receiving TD’s record while helping the Gators win a National Championship. He was drafted in the first round of the 1997 NFL Draft, by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Soon after, he set the NFL record as the youngest player to score a touchdown in NFL History. He also finished 8th in the NFL in all purpose yards in 1998.
Originally from the Western NY area, he moved to Tampa in 2004 to attend the University of South Florida where he graduated with a BA in Speech Communication. He then joined Jason Riley at Saddlebrook Resort at the Athletes Compound. There, he served as the sports assistant to Jason for 5 years. Where he was responsible for organizing off season Training for professional athletes, Designing schedules and meeting the needs Of the athletes during their stay at Saddlebrook. He was also In charge of the ordering of nutritional supplements, the billing process, and working as a liaison between our facility and the resort. He Managed the personnel on a daily basis and was the point man for any client, agent, or resort need.
